Job Summary
Triage and resolve incoming remote support requests, taking ownership from initial troubleshooting through resolution or vendor escalation. Execute scheduled responsibilities including weekly software updates, monthly backup reviews, and recurring email security alert analysis. Investigate phishing reports, respond to suspicious account activity in Microsoft 365, and troubleshoot printer and peripheral issues. Manage Windows desktop environments, Microsoft 365 administration, and Entra ID account permissions while supporting clients in accounting, legal, and public health verticals. Work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with occasional site travel to the CSRA.

- 2+ years of IT support experience
- Strong software troubleshooting and analytical problem solving skills
- High aptitude and demonstrated ability to manage and troubleshoot: Windows desktop and laptop environments (hardware and OS)
- High aptitude and demonstrated ability to manage and troubleshoot: Microsoft 365 administration (user accounts, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
- High aptitude and demonstrated ability to manage and troubleshoot: Entra ID / Azure AD (account management, conditional access, permissions)
- High aptitude and demonstrated ability to manage and troubleshoot: Endpoint security and EDR platforms
- High aptitude and demonstrated ability to manage and troubleshoot: Email security and phishing investigation
- High aptitude and demonstrated ability to manage and troubleshoot: Printer and peripheral troubleshooting
- High aptitude and demonstrated ability to manage and troubleshoot: VPN client configuration and connectivity troubleshooting
- High aptitude and demonstrated ability to manage and troubleshoot: User onboarding and offboarding workflows
- Must be able to travel to client sites throughout the CSRA
- Must be available for extended work hours during busy seasons
- Must be willing to work in an in-office position
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting clients in accounting, legal, or healthcare verticals
- Experience troubleshooting line of business applications
- Knowledge of cloud backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Experience with email security platforms and alert review workflows
- Experience mentoring or supporting less experienced technicians
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices at the SMB level
- Proficiency with remote monitoring and PSA/ticketing platforms
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications
