Job Summary
Manage on-site and remote IT support for internal clients by diagnosing software, networking, or hardware issues and providing optimum solutions. Install and configure Windows clients, perform basic hardware troubleshooting, and repair malfunctions. Respond to IT requests while maintaining client relations and tracking work records. Support VDI, ESXi, and O365 environments, including troubleshooting HP/Lenovo devices and managing Cisco Meraki networking equipment. Requires a Bachelor's degree, MSCE & Azure certification, and experience with Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and web services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science
- Must have professional certificate MSCE & Azure
- Proven work experience as a technical support engineer
- Knowledge of web services, API, and IP-based protocols
- Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware/software and OS level issues
- Ability to think critically

- Knowledge of Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019
- Knowledge of VMware ESXi servers
- Knowledge of O365 suite and support

- Knowledge of networking (Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity issues)
- Basic knowledge of configuration and managing CISCO Meraki devices (Switches, MX devices etc.)
- Knowledge of activity directory, DNS, DHCE, Office 365 etc.
- Installing and configuring client laptops
- Responding to client IT support requests
- Meeting with users to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues
- Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems
- Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client
- Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems
- Maintaining good client relations
- Tracking and managing work records
