Job Summary
Level 2 IT Support Engineer responsible for providing hands-on IT support across customer environments, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues, and supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote). Manage Intune and Azure Entra ID administration, assist with device deployments, onboarding/offboarding, and maintain technical documentation. Travel occasionally to support customer sites across NSW and the ACT; hybrid working arrangement (onsite and remote).
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in a Level 2 IT Support or IT Support Engineer role
