Job Summary

Provide day-to-day onsite (London office) and remote IT support to staff across Kobalt’s global offices, manage incidents and requests via a ticketing system, support joiners and leavers, contribute to a growing knowledge base, and assist with global technology projects. Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, security awareness, and automation process improvements, and maintain asset management records. Collaborate with People and IT teams to deliver a seamless technology experience across a global workforce.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years IT support experience
  • Experience with ITIL practices and managing tickets through a ticketing system
  • Experience administering Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Intune, and Jamf in a mixed Windows and Apple Mac environment
  • Strong understanding of security best practices
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and work independently with initiative
  • Customer-focused, team-oriented, and capable of working across a global workforce with multiple locations/time zones
  • Experience managing technology assets, inventory reporting, and maintaining accurate records
  • Experience supporting a global workforce across multiple locations and time zones (preferred)
  • Experience contributing to technical documentation and knowledge management initiatives (preferred)
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
  • DBS check conducted on offer (information / process note)
