Job Summary
Troubleshoot common PC, printer, and application issues while performing standard Service Desk Level 1 tasks. Monitor emailed and ticketed inquiries to attempt first call resolution, maintaining excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Work as part of the customer support and implementation team with availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related IT specialization and pass an online reasoning, aptitude, and personality test followed by client-side and HR interviews.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent oral & written communication skills in English
- Willingness to work on night shift, weekend, and holiday coverage
- BCA/BBA/MCA/MBA(IT Specialization)/MBA having bachelor's in computer science
