Job Summary
Administer Active Directory and Office 365 environments, including user account management, password resets, and Microsoft 365 Online updates. Maintain servers, file systems, printers, and workstations while installing, configuring, and patching operating systems and applications. Manage remote and mobile users via Microsoft Intune, troubleshoot network and system malfunctions, and resolve second-level support issues involving remote access and VPN. Plan and implement network security measures, file permissions, and user access controls. Requires flexibility to travel to customer sites in Ireland and Europe; based in Dublin.
