IT Support Engineer - Hybrid, Colorado Candidates

Job Summary
Provide onsite and remote IT support for end users; manage tickets via ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira); perform OS installation, configuration, upgrades, patching for Windows desktops and laptops; support standard enterprise applications; manage asset lifecycle and CMDB records; coordinate onboarding/offboarding; troubleshoot LAN, Wi‐Fi, VPN, and printer issues; ensure data security and IT policy compliance; collaborate with offshore teams and cross-functional IT groups; role includes hybrid/work-from-home flexibility in Colorado with occasional onsite support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related discipline or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator, Helpdesk Administrator, or equivalent
- Certifications such as MCSE, MCITP, MCTS or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support
- Hands-on experience with desktop/laptop hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience with printer configuration, email setup, Wi-Fi, and LAN connectivity issues
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and CMDB-based asset management
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Problem, Change Management)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with global users and strong vendor management
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and independent problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ years of experience in relevant IT roles
