Job Summary
IT Support Engineer to maintain and configure internal infrastructure including computer systems, servers, and network components. Responsibilities include installing hardware/software on endpoints/mobile devices, resolving incidents to minimize work disruption, supporting remote offices, and contributing to a unified, modern IT environment across regions. Key skills: Windows/Macintosh client support, Intune and Jamf device management, Office 365 administration, Active Directory management, DNS/DHCP and wired/wireless networking, remote user support, device deployment, process documentation, and strong English and French communication. Reports to the Global Helpdesk Manager and emphasizes customer service and adherence to SLAs.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in relevant IT field or equivalent professional experience
