Job Summary

IT Support Engineer – Onboarding and helpdesk support; install/configure workstations, software, peripherals; remote/on-site support; network and security management; IT asset management; project support for IT infra and new offices; strong Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, AD/AAD, networking, and customer-service skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven 2+ years of work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, IT Support Technician, or similar role.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and administering Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365/Office 365 administration and troubleshooting (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Proficiency in deploying software, running shell scripts, and managing configurations on macOS.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and/or Azure Active Directory for user and computer management.
  • Solid understanding of basic networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), NAT, VLAN and network troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a patient and professional demeanor.
  • Highly responsible, with strong security awareness, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
