Job Summary
Handle tickets and support colleagues on hardware and software issues, resolving problems remotely or on-site. Configure laptops, tablets, and smartphones while managing IT assets. Act as a Microsoft 365 ambassador by assisting users with Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Copilot, then deliver workshops, demos, and training to boost adoption. Identify process improvements and create documentation, tips, and short videos to streamline workflows. Regularly visit business units to listen to user challenges and build bridges between technology and practice. Combine technical expertise with a service-oriented mindset to drive digital transformation across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Enkele jaren ervaring in een IT-support-, workplace- of Microsoft 365-omgeving
- Een goede kennis van Windows, Microsoft 365 en moderne werkplektechnologieën
- Ervaring met het ondersteunen van eindgebruikers en het oplossen van technische vraagstukken
- Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands
- Voldoende kennis van Frans
- Voldoende kennis van Engels
