Job Summary
Manage and sustain proactive security compliance measures aligned with CMMC and NIST 800-171 requirements while enforcing Zero Trust Architecture principles across enterprise platforms. Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues, troubleshoot systems and networks, and handle support tickets with timely resolution. Execute standardized change management protocols, maintain operational documentation, and develop automated workflows using PowerShell and Bash to streamline CI/CD pipelines. Configure and secure enterprise network infrastructure including routing, switching, and firewall protocols, while conducting threat hunting and vulnerability assessments. Serve as the primary point of contact for technical escalations to ensure rapid resolution of end-user inquiries. This role requires a Top Secret security clearance and is based full-time on-site in Herndon, VA or Columbia, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance
- Proven experience in security-focused IT support within a compliant enterprise environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage systems and processes independently while meeting rigorous security standards
