Job Summary
The IT Support Engineer will provide day-to-day support for client personnel, focusing on installing and configuring computer hardware, software, and peripherals, maintaining workstations and networks, and troubleshooting for end-users. The role requires collaboration with IT teams and stakeholders, along with creating technical documentation and training materials. Candidates must have a degree in Information Technology or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience, proficiency in Windows systems, networking, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years of experience in a related role
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office applications
- Windows Server administration and Active Directory experience
- Good knowledge of Networking
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbally and written
- Familiarity with reporting tools and ticketing
