Job Summary
Resolve technology issues, questions, and tickets for assigned district sites while performing triage, problem identification, and root cause discovery. Troubleshoot basic audio/visual equipment, desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and network connectivity across mixed Windows and Apple environments. Support devices remotely using tools like Filewave, Apple Remote Desktop, Bomgar, and LANSchool, and execute on-site move/add/changes. Create and maintain support documentation to assist staff and students in incident resolution. Perform as the primary point of contact for request fulfillment and ensure adherence to Service Level expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer Engineering
- Apple Certifications (ACMT)
- Microsoft Certification (MCSA)
- A+/Net+ Certification
- One (1) to two (2) + years of experience in help desk, desk side, or end user support in an Enterprise Class environment

- ability to perform well within a team-oriented environment
- familiarity with and ability to troubleshoot basic Audio/Visual equipment and connections
- familiarity with and ability to troubleshoot desktops, laptops, tablets (Windows, OSX, iOS, Android), printers, scanners, copiers, network connectivity and general educational and business technologies and devices
- ability to learn and support multiple applications, browsers and software on multiple platforms
- ability to support devices in a mixed MS Windows / Apple MacOS / Apple iOS / Android environment
- ability to create, maintain and publish relevant support documentation
- ability to provide support utilizing remote tools including Filewave, Apple Remote Desktop, Bomgar and LANSchool
- ability to follow defined and identify undefined escalation paths for tickets and technology issues
- ability to perform basic on-site move/add/changes
- ability to perform within and meet Service Level expectations
- United States citizenship or lawful authorization to work in the United States
