Job Summary
IT Support role provides day-to-day technical support for CHR systems and technology infrastructure, with emphasis on Prism HR administration, client-facing workflows, and internal IT operations. Responsibilities include assisting Prism HR platform configuration and onboarding/offboarding workflows, maintaining client environments, supporting system integrations and data workflows, managing SharePoint and file systems, ensuring data security and governance, and delivering technical support to the Client Success team. Core duties also encompass building and updating system workflows, monitoring security and access management, supporting reports via Prism HR reporting tools, and aiding in software transitions and vendor collaboration. Candidates should have 1–2 years in IT support or similar roles, familiarity with HR technology (Prism HR preferred), and working knowledge of SQL and Python, plus comfort with SharePoint and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Core competencies emphasize proactive problem-solving, multi-tasking, collaboration, discretion with sensitive data, and staying current with HR tech trends.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of IT support or related technical role
- Exposure to HRIS or Prism HR is a plus
- Familiarity with SQL and Python
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and data governance best practices
- Ability to document system configurations and support system transitions
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
