Job Summary
Provide first-line IT support for staff, logging incidents and service requests in the IT service desk system (ServiceNow), performing basic hardware/software troubleshooting (printers, scanners, desktops, laptops, mobile devices), and escalating complex issues to higher-level teams. Install and configure new IT equipment under supervision, create temporary user accounts and reset passwords, and maintain strong customer service. Role based in Lexington, KY with on-site support; requires 1+ years IT experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of Dell hardware, Microsoft AD/Azure/O365/Teams/Office/Exchange Online/SharePoint, and experience with Apple/Android devices is expected; ServiceNow experience is a plus. Maturity, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of IT experience
- Experience with Dell Desktops and Laptops
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Azure, O365, Teams, Office, Exchange Online, SharePoint
- Experience with Apple and Android Tablets and Phones
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
