Job Summary
IT Support and Systems Administrator for U.S. office focusing on first-line IT support for U.S.-based staff, workstation provisioning, IT security practices, and configuration of IT hardware/software. Responsibilities include provisioning, troubleshooting ICT issues, managing Helpdesk tickets to minimize backlog, and collaborating with Engineering and Security teams to maintain high security and operational efficiency. Requires proactive, unsupervised work style with ability to handle diverse IT tasks and support end-user computing in a security-conscious environment.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in MS Entra ID and Intune MDM administration
- CMMC knowledge
- Experience with Windows, MacOS and Linux OS environments
- Experience with backup solutions for on-premises and cloud environments
- Troubleshooting experience with corporate hardware, software, printers, digital signage and AV solutions
- Proficiency with PowerShell and Bash
- Experience with incident management tools
- Understanding IT asset management
- Prior MSP experience desirable
- Prior experience in U.S. defense industry desirable
