Job Summary
IT Support Analyst provides front-line Tier 1 and 2 IT support to the WPI community (faculty, staff, students) via in-person, phone, and email. Responsibilities include triage and resolution of incidents, documenting issues, escalation to Tier 3 when needed, and maintaining service for the library pay-for-print center, media sales, and equipment lending; supports IT projects, onboarding for new employees, and IT orientations; maintains inventory and performs routine maintenance for local computer labs and library resources; emphasizes customer service and timely resolution to minimize downtime.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a Computer Science field
- 0–3 years of experience
