Job Summary
Monitor, triage, and resolve IT support tickets via Jira Service Management while providing onsite Houston office and remote assistance for hardware, software, printers, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues. Manage user lifecycles including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding for accounts, access permissions, and device requests. Troubleshoot networking problems involving VPN, wired and Wi-Fi, VOIP, firewalls, and UniFi infrastructure. Assist with device management, application deployment, asset tracking, and procurement documentation. Requires 3+ years of IT support experience, onsite five days per week, and US work authorization. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, help desk, service desk, technical operations, or a similar role
- Strong troubleshooting skills with experience supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID, email, Teams, printers, peripherals, Dell and MS Surface hardware, and user access issues
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, endpoint support, software deployment, device compliance, and basic procurement / asset processes
- Understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, VLANs, and firewall-related troubleshooting
- Strong customer service, communication, patience, problem-solving, follow-through, and growth mindset
- Comfortable working onsite five days per week in a corporate office environment
