Job Summary
Create property user profile interfaces and analyze hardware, software, and system specifications to determine business needs. Perform installation, repair, and preventative maintenance on personal computers, audio-video systems, kiosks, and embedded devices while resolving end-user software and hardware problems. Document and resolve service tickets according to SLAs, manage user administration including account activations, and operate phone systems including moves, adds, changes, and wire installations. Develop standard operating procedures, checklists, and internal control changes to prevent recurring issues. Assist with inventory control, remote access processes, and vendor consultations to determine application needs and system improvements. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and report potential issues to management.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in computer technology or related field and three years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of a wide variety of technologies to effectively support end-user technical needs including computing devices, operating systems, network technologies, printers and peripherals, and a variety of software applications (desktop, client-server, browser-based, etc.)
- Experience in operating systems, software tools and project management methodologies
- Must be highly proficient in all Microsoft applications
- Must have working knowledge of current Windows operating systems
- Must have working knowledge of networking fundamentals and Microsoft active directory administration
- Must have experience supporting current Microsoft Office suites, troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and operating systems, and performing computer imaging and restoration
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must obtain Gaming Permit
- Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
- Must be at least 21 years of age
