Job Summary
Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support for IT systems, client hardware, and software, performing structured diagnostics to resolve errors. Manage on-site production machine PCs and handle asset management through standardized hardware exchanges. Collaborate on global IT projects to standardize configuration, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software. Requires IT training, Active Directory experience, and bilingual German/English skills. Full-time role with metal union benefits, including restaurant access, training programs, and Mercedes-Benz leasing discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Client-Hardware und -Software
- Solide Kenntnisse von Client-Betriebssystemen
- Erfahrung mit ActiveDirectory und Kontenverwaltung im täglichen IT-Support
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
