Job Summary
IT Support Analyst Level I to provide technical assistance across Windows and Mac environments in a multi-company setting. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues via phone, chat, and remote support; creating and updating tickets, ensuring SLA targets are met; assisting in technician training and mentoring student workers; providing remote diagnostics, and performing Audio-Visual support for classrooms and events. Requires hands-on experience with Mac/PC hardware and networking components, familiarity with Active Directory and common office software, and a willingness to work outside normal business hours on rotating shifts. College degree in computer sciences, information technology or information systems preferred; one year of hands-on experience in a multi-platform environment is preferred; pre-employment background checks apply. Employment is with Grand Canyon Education and partners (GCE, GCU, Orbis).
