Job Summary
Support and maintain client hardware, operating systems, and applications while managing enterprise service requests, system privileges, and password administration. Resolve complex technical issues for client systems, enterprise applications, and network services through research and analysis. Provide on-site and remote hardware/software support to end-users, assist with ATM maintenance, and monitor malware risks. Act as a liaison between vendors and users to resolve software and hardware issues, acquire vendor bids, and deploy approved systems. Develop documentation, train users on proper hardware and software usage, and manage hardware and software inventory. Ensure compliance with Federal regulations including the Bank Secrecy Act and OFAC. Flexible for weekend duties and on-call duty as required.
Required Qualifications
- A high school education or GED
- One year to three years of similar or related experience
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
- Strong knowledge in various technologies and diagnostic tools including Windows commands, network utilities, and remote support tools
- General knowledge of desktop virtualization
- Must be able to perform all functions independently with limited supervision in a reasonable amount of time
- Must be able to evaluate projects and help desk tickets and prioritize as necessary
- Must have reliable transportation as local travel may be required
- Must be flexible for weekend duties and on-call duty as required
- Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally required to climb a ladder to work in high places or work in confined spaces
- Occasionally required to drive a motor vehicle to perform job duties at a branch or remote location
- Must be able to perform all functions independently with limited supervision in a reasonable amount of time
