Job Summary
IT Support Analyst in West Sacramento, CA (hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote) provides desktop and technical support for hardware/software/network issues; installs/configures computers and peripherals; troubleshoots complex issues; manages user accounts and access; maintains asset lifecycle records; supports conference room AV and virtual events; conducts new-hire IT onboarding and end-user training; collaborates on IT initiatives and process improvements. Requires Associate degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related field; experience in multi-user support; knowledge of hardware, OS, networks, cloud solutions, and troubleshooting; strong customer service and communication; ability to manage multiple priorities; experience installing/configuring hardware, software, and network devices.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience providing technical support in a multi-user environment
- Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networks, cloud solutions, and troubleshooting methodologies
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality support
- Experience installing, configuring, and supporting hardware, software, and network devices
