IT Support Administrator responsible for Level 1 + 2 technical requests for MSP clients; on-site in Trappe, PA, ensuring SLA adherence, documenting work and time, providing feedback to improve service delivery, and participating in on-call rotations. Requires 2+ years of IT consulting/MSP experience and skills in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, workstation administration, mobile device management, basic networking, and ConnectWise PSA. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of IT Consulting/MSP experience
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 user management, workstation administration, mobile device management, and basic networking
- Familiarity with ConnectWise PSA or similar ticketing system
- Ability to document problems and steps taken in writing
- Ability to work under pressure and meet goals
- Experience participating in on-call rotations
