Job Summary
Service Manager responsible for the governance, performance, and operational delivery of IT services provided by strategic infrastructure service providers and application suppliers. Acts as the primary interface between Business IT stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring outsourced and cloud-based services are delivered securely, reliably, and in accordance with contractual obligations, SLAs, and business expectations. Owns supplier relationships across the assigned service portfolio, drives service excellence, stability, and continual improvement, and realizes value from third-party contracts. Key duties include governance of ITSO contracts, ensuring compliance and performance against SLAs, conducting governance meetings, monitoring KPIs/CSLs/KMs, managing escalations and contractual disputes, and ensuring security and regulatory adherence. Oversees incident response, service recovery, end-to-end service performance across infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, and supporting technologies, and drives improvements in availability, resilience, and user satisfaction. Leads cloud and infrastructure operations, risk mitigation, ITIL-aligned processes, and stakeholder reporting; mentors teams during major incidents and ensures compliance with governance, security, and change management. Strong emphasis on supplier management, contract oversight, performance measurement, and collaboration with senior business and technology leaders.
