IT Supervisor

Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer networks, workstations, and server systems; support hardware/software and user accounts; manage network security measures and backups. Train and instruct users in proper use and security of systems; troubleshoot technical problems related to LAN/WAN/internet; coordinate moves/adds/changes and system enhancements; consult with stakeholders to assess computing needs; maintain inventory of devices; ensure tape backups are securely stored. Serve as a professional point of contact, uphold quality standards, and collaborate with team to improve efficiency and productivity. Move, lift, or carry objects up to 50 pounds as needed. This role requires a Technical/Vocational degree with at least 2 years of related IT experience, and no supervisory experience is expected at this level.
