Job Summary
The IT Supervisor at CONTROLTEC will oversee core IT operations and infrastructure, manage a team of local and offshore support staff, and ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to. Responsibilities include handling ticket management via JIRA Service Desk, resource allocation, project documentation, and collaboration with management on key initiatives. The ideal candidate must have 2-5+ years of core IT experience and 2+ years of management experience in diverse systems environments, including Macintosh, Windows, and Linux.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years core IT experience
- 2+ years management experience
- 2+ years working within Macintosh, Windows, and Linux environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Ability to effectively communicate issues and resolutions to all levels of the organization and customer base
- Strong interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with ITIL systems and management
- Preferred experience with JIRA issue management system
- Experience with cloud computing services
