Job Summary
Respond to service calls providing IT-related services as a mobile response provider. Set up hardware, install and configure software and drivers, and maintain or repair technological equipment and peripheral devices. Install and manage LAN/WAN networks, servers, and IP components while securing systems against attacks. Troubleshoot system failures, arrange maintenance sessions for inefficiencies, and keep repair records. Offer timely technical support and train users on computer utilization. Requires an unrestricted driver's license, own tools, and passing an aptitude exam. BSc/BA in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.

- Proven experience as computer technician or similar role
- Experience with LAN/WAN networks
- Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles

- Exceptional organizing and time-management skills
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
