IT Strategy & Transformation Consultant H/F

Define and pilot IT strategy in close alignment with business challenges while diagnosing existing systems to identify optimization levers. Structure target systems and transformation roadmaps aligned with business priorities, then design implementation trajectories covering planning, governance, and prioritization. Build robust business cases detailing ROI and TCO, and support transformation efforts including organizational redesign, change management, and new process implementation. Establish operational excellence practices across multi-solution, multi-site, and multicultural projects. Requires 5–7 years of experience in consulting or technology departments with strong ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle), English proficiency at B2/C1, and commercial management skills for RFP responses. Offers up to three days of remote work, equipment allowance, and comprehensive training.
