Job Summary
Lead the stabilisation of the IT function by developing an operating model, creating a technology roadmap, and establishing governance frameworks for project decision-making and demand management. Review the existing environment to improve efficiency, reduce technical debt, and optimise systems while strengthening cyber governance, risk management, and compliance. Embed consistent service management practices to improve IT service delivery and assess team capability to recommend workforce strategies. Build relationships with executive leaders and business stakeholders to drive organisational change and deliver practical improvements that position the organisation for long-term success. This 6-term on-site role in Sydney focuses on immediate impact and sustainable frameworks.
