Job Summary
Develop regional IT strategies aligned with Honda Biz's global objectives by conducting comprehensive environment assessments and identifying optimization opportunities. Create business cases and strategic roadmaps for IT transformation initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to design solutions leveraging emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership on digital transformation, cloud adoption, cybersecurity, and IT governance through workshops, presentations, and executive briefings to secure stakeholder buy-in. Maintain continuous improvement and innovation by tracking industry trends, new technologies, and regulations to ensure competitiveness and compliance. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields, 32–38 years of age, and proven experience in IT strategy and implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Male / Female age between 32 38 years old
- Proven experience in IT strategy and IT implementation
- Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable IT strategies
- Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
