Job Summary
Drive maturity and continuous improvement by communicating with internal departments and third-party vendors while prioritizing projects collaboratively with corporate leadership. Evaluate the firm's current posture to spearhead enhancements to policies, processes, and tools, then document the strategy and capture key milestones as improvements are implemented. Monitor and track the progress of all related projects, acting as the liaison between departments and vendors regarding projects and processes. Champion the program to ensure business partners understand sound practices supporting their initiatives, while researching industry changes and providing high-level decisions on projects and work-related items.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in information security and identity management best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make presentations to audiences including senior management
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to analyze existing capabilities and emerging trends and recommend improvements
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with both internal and external clients
- Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business or technical field
- Minimum Required: 10+ years' related experience in Information Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
