IT Squad Lead - Paris (x/f/m)

On-siteParis, Île-de-France, France

Full TimeSenior LevelLargeHealthcare Tech

Job Summary

Lead a 4-person IT squad as the primary point of contact for Doctolib's Finance business teams across France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands. Direct hiring, onboarding, and coaching while acting as a strategic business partner rather than a pure executor. Own the quarterly roadmap, project budgets, and technical architecture for the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud landscape, running steering committees and managing trade-offs with senior stakeholders. Drive end-to-end delivery of ERP configuration, integrations, and automations, while establishing AI tooling standards and managing technical debt. Structure support and training for Finance tools and ensure user adoption for new processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven people leadership: you've hired, coached and developed a team — formally or as a lead-without-title — ideally 3+ people
  • Deep Finance ERP knowledge: end-to-end grasp of P2P, AP, AR, GL, Assets and Expenses, with hands-on fluency in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and working knowledge of SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP
  • A strong delivery track record: you've led multiple complex ERP/Finance transformation projects on scope, budget and timeline, in a fast-paced international environment
  • Strategic and decisive: you can turn a strategic plan into an executable quarterly roadmap, make scope/budget trade-off calls, and run steering committees with senior stakeholders
  • Technical architecture ownership: you can run architecture/design reviews on an ERP + integration landscape, evaluate alternatives, and spot single points of failure — not just manage delivery of someone else's design
  • Practical AI fluency: you use AI tools to speed up configuration, testing, documentation and planning, and can set standards for your team to do the same — this is hands-on experience, not familiarity in passing
  • Directly manage 4 people: hire, onboard, coach and develop the team
  • Act as a business partner to Finance teams, not a pure IT executor
  • Lead multiple projects at once, owning end-to-end delivery within scope, budget and timeline
  • Own the roadmap and the budget
  • Translate the Core Finance IT strategic plan into a quarterly roadmap: identify, prioritize and resource projects
  • Own project and squad budgets, and keep financial commitments on track
  • Run steering committees and keep stakeholders and sponsors consistently informed
  • Own the architecture of the Finance IS landscape (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP): evaluate design alternatives, run architecture reviews, spot areas of improvements and risks
  • Manage technical debt and raise the bar on quality and reliability: testing standards, monitoring/alerting, incident response and post-mortems
  • Be the squad's AI champion — bring in the right AI tooling for configuration, testing, documentation and planning, and set the standard for using it responsibly
  • Own projects spanning process transformation and tool implementation: ERP configuration, integrations, automations
  • Steer discovery and configuration on new modules, and coach engineers through implementation
  • Structure support and training on Finance tools: SAP S/4HANA, Concur, Egencia, SAP Integration Suite, Pivot
  • Document configuration decisions and implementation choices so the team's knowledge compounds
  • Own run/support delivery and drive change management and user adoption for new tools and processes

Desired Qualifications

  • A business-partner communication style — consulting-style workshop facilitation, comfortable challenging and being challenged by stakeholders
  • Familiarity with treasury tools (Kyriba) and consolidation tools (SAP Group Reporting or equivalent), plus exposure to Spendesk, Boomi, or integrations into Workday/Zuora
  • A Big 4 or functional-consulting background in Finance IS, and experience driving change management and user adoption for new Finance tools
