Job Summary
Operate and develop virtualized IT environments, including hypervisors, server operating systems, and storage/backup solutions using VMware ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V. Manage support requests across levels 1 to 3 while advising internal departments and external clients on technical issues. Analyze incidents and vulnerabilities to implement corrective measures and contribute to planning and execution of infrastructure projects. Document technical concepts and project materials while evaluating new technologies for potential enterprise adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, ein Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Praxiserfahrung in der Informationstechnologie
- Erfahrung Infrastruktur ganzheitlich von Storage-Systemen über Virtualisierungslösungen bis hin zu Betriebssystemen, inklusive möglicher Implementierungen zu betreuen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Technologien und Lösungen von Microsoft (z. B. AD, Exchange, Hyper-V), VMware sowie im Cloud-Umfeld, insbesondere M365 und Entra ID
