Job Summary
Lead Enterprise IT Operations by managing endpoint devices via Intune, enforcing compliance, and patching systems. Oversee Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments, handling user provisioning, access control, and security. Configure network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and wireless networks, while implementing backup systems and disaster recovery procedures. Conduct proactive monitoring, document infrastructure policies, and handle Tier 3 escalations to guide specialists. Participate in IT audits, security assessments, and capacity planning. Requires a Bachelor's degree, Microsoft certifications, and experience with Entra ID, Intune, and Defender. Willing to work on-call, outside hours, and travel domestically or internationally. Hybrid work setup with opportunities for skill rotation and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant engineering discipline
- Relevant experience in Microsoft 365 Administration specifically Entra ID (Active Directory), Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) and Microsoft Defender (EndPoint Security)
- Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Process ownership and accountability
- Willing to work on-call or outside working hours to resolve emergency situations and issues
- Willing to take shifts or over time
- Willing to do on-site support
- Willing to travel (Domestic or International if needed)
