Required Qualifications
- Experience: At least 3 years of IT support, hands-on troubleshooting
- Customer Service: strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Technical skills: Active Directory, M365, Windows, macOS, VPN, RMM, EPP, MDM, Zoom, Slack, Jira; familiarity with Linux distribution is a plus
- Networking Fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP; OSI model
- Problem-Solving: analytical troubleshooting
- Communication: written and verbal, documenting issues and resolutions
- Certifications: A+, Network+ or similar preferred
