Job Summary
Support end users with device troubleshooting, hardware/software diagnostics, and network connectivity issues via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems. Manage Active Directory, M365 permissions, and endpoint configurations while maintaining asset inventory and tracking SLA metrics. Conduct frequent site visits to set up systems, machinery, and networks, operating company vehicles and adhering to safety standards for lifting up to 50 pounds. Escalate complex tickets to Tier 2/3 or vendors with thorough documentation and contribute to IT projects. Requires 2+ years of help desk experience, valid driver's license, and bi-lingual English/Spanish ability. Salary range $30.00–$34.00/hour with benefits including 401(k) and health care.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 2+ years supporting a help desk or related technical support experience
- Valid Driver's license
- Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 administration
- Active Directory user and group management
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical users
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms (Ticketing systems)
- Ability to travel to locations across California possibly once a month for 1-2 days
- Ability to operate company vehicles
- Must wear proper PPE while on jobsites
- Must comply with all safety standards and procedures
- Sit, stand, and walk during the duration of the workday
- Will lift, carry, push, pull, kneel, crouch, and reach
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate hand tools safely

Desired Qualifications
- On path for degree, Certificate, or similar in Information Technology and/or A+ and/or Network+ certification preferred
- Basic PowerShell or scripting knowledge a plus
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) a plus
- General knowledge of hand tool/power tool for installations a plus
- Ability to be badged at Airports a plus
