Job Summary
Provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, and maintain the IT infrastructure. Diagnose and resolve connectivity problems, manage LANs and WANs including routers and firewalls, and enforce security policies to mitigate risks. Implement and monitor the ticketing system, execute data backup and recovery procedures, and lead projects such as system upgrades and migrations. Ensure seamless technology operations for end-users while maintaining disaster recovery plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT specialist or in a similar IT support role
- Experience with operating systems (Windows, etc.), office productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google, etc.) and endpoint management tools
- Solid knowledge of computer systems, networks and IT infrastructure
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies
- Reliable transportation
