Job Summary
IT Service Specialist in IT Treasury and Group Finance Solutions, accountable for planning and analytics IT service delivery, ensuring service continuity and operational stability, and driving continuous improvement. Collaborates with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to deliver secure, fit-for-purpose IT services, contributes to governance, compliance, and roadmaps, and supports incident, problem, and change management while maintaining relevant service documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology, finance, business, economics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT application support, service management, solution development, or business application ownership.
- Experience with business-critical applications and services in finance, planning, analytics, or reporting is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based IT service management processes (incident, problem, change, knowledge, configuration).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders and vendors.
