Job Summary
Manage user accounts, diagnose hardware and software issues, and resolve IT support tickets with urgency. Conduct routine system checks, configure new installations, and maintain detailed records of access changes and resolutions. Collaborate with the IT team to support projects involving access management and system enhancements while adhering to cybersecurity protocols. This role supports Petfolk's mission to blend high-quality medicine with a connected experience for pets and their families. You will work remotely with occasional visits to headquarters and pet care centers.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Must live in the Charlotte, NC area
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while using a computer
