Job Summary
Provide onsite and remote end-user support across Central Asia; manage IT infrastructure including servers and networks; support local applications (including 1C ERP); perform onboarding and offboarding, IT procurement, vendor management, CMDB updates, and IT governance; collaborate with Global IT and external partners to ensure stability, compliance and continuous improvement of IT services; participate in regional and global IT projects; support infrastructure testing and performance validation; travel to remote locations as required; work with agile tools (JIRA, PI planning) and initiatives (Autopilot, SaaS/PaaS governance); strong ownership and ability to operate in distributed environments.
