Job Summary
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production-critical IT systems including MES, JIS/JIT, and shopfloor systems to ensure system availability and minimize downtime. Analyze, debug, and optimize systems and interfaces while managing the support and continuous development of production and logistics applications. Provide IT support for integrating new production facilities and implementing process changes within a three-shift operation. Requires a completed IT training or equivalent qualification, experience with SQL, C#, and ASP.NET, and readiness for shift work, on-call duties, and occasional weekend assignments. Offers above-collective agreement compensation, flexible hours, and a 401(k) matching program.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Betrieb, Support und der Betreuung produktionskritischer IT-Systeme
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
- Rufbereitschaft
- gelegentlichen Wochenendeinsätzen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Analytische Fähigkeiten in der Fehleranalyse
- Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen fachlichen Weiterbildung
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located
Desired Qualifications
- idealerweise ergänzt durch ein Studium im Bereich Informatik
- Gute Kenntnisse in SQL-Datenbanken (insbesondere Microsoft SQL Server und DB2)
- Kenntnisse in C# und ASP.NET
- Verständnis für Produktions-, Logistik- und ERP-Prozesse
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
