Job Summary
Provide IT support for an international outsourcing company. Perform remote troubleshooting, identify solutions from details provided by employees, and install/configure/optimize IT infrastructure to achieve high availability and performance. Collaborate with a team of system administrators to solve technical problems; install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain internal and office networks; support internal infrastructure; manage hardware/software inventory and remote access operations (Datto platform); monitor and update physical and virtual infrastructure; manage rights/branch/other elements via remote access platform; handle system tasks and future database work. Hybrid work arrangement with a Monday–Friday schedule (10:00–19:00 or 16:00–00:00) and equipment provided; English at least Intermediate level.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience as HelpDesk specialist
- Good knowledge of Mikrotik ROS
- Routing, bridging, VLAN, Firewall
- Experience with Office365, Exchange, SharePoint
- Working knowledge of monitoring system like Zabbix will be a plus
- Experience with deployment and administration of Linux, Mac OS, Windows
- Proficiency network protocols
- Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of networking
- Knowledge of English at Intermediate level
