Job Summary
Proactive IT Analyst role based in Pune focused on maintaining a secure, reliable corporate IT environment across cloud and on‐premises infrastructure. You’ll administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune; manage cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure); support HRIS platforms like Rippling/Deel; provide desk-side and remote end-user support for Windows and macOS; handle ITSM requests via JIRA Service Management; maintain on‐prem infrastructure (servers, virtualization, networking) and perform data center tasks; own end-to-end onboarding/offboarding and asset tracking; support ISO 27001 compliance and continuous monitoring tools (Drata/Vanta); identify opportunities to improve IT processes, automation, security, and user experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years IT support, systems administration, or similar
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune administration
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
- Hands-on experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization platforms
- Proficiency with JIRA Service Management or similar ITSM tools
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with user provisioning, device management, and IT onboarding/offboarding processes
