Job Summary
Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, install, and test computer equipment, peripherals, data communication, and network systems across all locations. Maintain and support IT infrastructure, manage software and hardware inventory, and provide phone support for user set-ups, moving phones, and voice mail. Perform preventive maintenance on computer and peripheral equipment while developing and delivering IT training for the organization. Maintain knowledge of current technology and assist in developing business system training. Travel to all 14 store locations across ND and SD, passing pre-employment screenings including drug screens, background checks, and MVR reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
- Proven ability to work well with internal and external users
- Organized and self-motivated
- Working knowledge of IT security best practices, including endpoint protection, identity and access management, patching, phishing awareness, and basic incident response
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Intune, endpoint protection, and user access controls
- Strong knowledge of networking and associated with Cisco hardware (network switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and routers)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher)
- Must have valid drivers license and be insurable to drive
- Must be able to travel to all 14 store locations across ND and SD
- Candidates must be able to pass pre-employment screenings including drug screen, background check and MVR review
- Must be insurable as it requires travel to all Gooseneck locations
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in an equivalent IT field preferred and/or bachelor's degree in computer information systems
- Knowledge of John Deere dealer software and processes is a plus
