IT Specialist – Infrastructure and Cyber Security

Job Summary
Deliver IT services to customers by managing patching, updates, configuration changes, and operational support across global infrastructure. Set up and maintain remote access platforms while improving support infrastructure for availability, usability, and security. Support monitoring and logging capabilities including event logs and syslog, and assist with secure configuration, device hardening, and access control. Collaborate with internal teams on cyber security initiatives, risk assessments, and compliance activities while troubleshooting server, network, and virtualization environments. Travel up to 20 days annually to visit customer sites and offices worldwide. Required Qualifications
- Practical experience with IT infrastructure, including servers, Windows servers, networks, and remote access solutions
- Experience with firewalls, switches, routers, authentication mechanisms, encryption, or device hardening
- Familiarity with Cisco, Palo Alto, VMware, Hyper-V, backup, storage, or similar infrastructure technologies
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools
- Basic understanding of cyber security principles
- A structured approach to troubleshooting, documentation, and long-term maintainability
- Relevant education, training, certifications, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
