Job Summary
Maintain and improve facility technical systems to ensure Team Members have necessary technology and company files remain safe. Provide technical support for customized production applications and serve as the primary contact for hardware and software questions. Support scanning and printing activities, assist with system upgrades and security integrity, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless infrastructure. Perform proactive systems monitoring for problem identification and resolution, write process documentation, and coordinate hardware and software setup. Train end users on applications and handle all assigned duties. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Windows Server, and basic networking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent specialized training or certification
- 3+ years of experience in related field
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Familiar with Windows Server
- Familiar with MSSQL
- Familiar with Windows 10 Professional
- Familiar with Project
- Basic networking fundamentals
- Basic client/server architecture
- Basic wireless network experience
- Experience supporting Office 365 suite
- Experience with VMware ESXI 6.0 and greater
- Experience with vCenter 6.0 and greater
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology
- Willing to do whatever it takes to support the team and thus the customer
- Ability to participate in change activities and lead them as required
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Works well within a team environment
- Attention to details and aptitude for working with data
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
