Job Summary
Maintain and improve facility technical systems to ensure Team Members have necessary technology and company files remain secure. Provide technical support for customized production applications and serve as the primary contact for hardware and software questions. Support scanning and printing activities, assist with system upgrades and security integrity, and maintain LAN/WAN and wireless infrastructure. Perform proactive systems monitoring to identify, escalate, and resolve problems while writing process documentation. Coordinate hardware, operating system, and software setup, then train end users on applications. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows Server, and VMware. Candidates must reside in California or Colorado.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent specialized training or certification
- 3+ years of experience in related field
- Familiar with Microsoft Office

- Familiar with MSSQL
- Familiar with Windows 10 Professional
- Familiar with Project
- Basic networking fundamentals
- Basic client/server architecture
- Basic wireless network experience
- Experience supporting Office 365 suite
- Experience with VMware ESXI 6.0 and greater
- Experience with vCenter 6.0 and greater
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology
- Willing to do whatever it takes to support the team and thus the customer
- Ability to participate in change activities and lead them as required
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Works well within a team environment
- Attention to details and aptitude for working with data
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
