Job Summary
Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, networks, operating systems, security tools, and peripherals including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices. Perform server administration tasks such as user/group management, security permissions, group policies, and print services while providing technical support to troubleshoot issues and outages. Manage users through onboarding and offboarding processes, ensure infrastructure security through proactive maintenance, and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and procedures. Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff to resolve problems efficiently and minimize downtime.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in system administration, technical support, network management, or similar roles
- Proven ability to maintain IT infrastructure, including OS, hardware, software, and peripherals
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Experience with user management, security protocols, and basic server administration
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical staff
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of server management (e.g., Windows Server)
- Expertise in IT security practices, tools, and compliance
