Job Summary
Support end users across the national firm with ad-hoc and planned training, resolving technical and applications software issues while monitoring ticketing systems for timely escalation. Provide expertise in Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and deployment of new technologies including VOIP, Unified Collaboration, and video conferencing systems. Facilitate office setup and relocation under tight timelines, maintain vendor relationships, and accurately document all service requests and IT policies. Communicate effectively with attorneys, staff, clients, and vendors to identify technical needs and present training to leadership. Work within 24-hour response windows with flexibility for overtime and potential travel to support locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Five or more years' experience as an IT support specialist in a professional services environment
- Expert level Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word & Outlook
- Flexibility to work outside of business hours and overtime as required
- This position may require travel to assigned support locations and other locations as needed
- This position is subject to our drug‐free workplace policy, which includes the ability to pass a pre‐employment drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors' Degree (IT or IS)
- iManage or Document Management experience
- Experience in training and development
- Law Firm experience
- Working knowledge of the legal process
- OneDrive, Teams & SharePoint
- Demonstrates a high level of patience, able to meet users where they are and teach them how to self-serve to reduce their reliance on IT support going forward
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under little or no direction once basic job competencies are mastered
